Sovcomflot takes delivery of ice-class Panamax bulker NS Energy
Sovcomflot (SCF Group) on November 19, 2012 accepted delivery and commissioned into service the M/V NS Energy, a 74,000dwt dry cargo ship of 1B Ice Class. The dry bulk carrier was built at South Korean Hyundai Mipo Dockyard. he vessel is designed for transportation of coal, grain, iron ore, potash, cement and non-hazardous fertilizer. The M/V NS Energy is the first vessel of a package of two bulk carriers booked by SCF Group last year’s summer.
