Pacific International Lines (PIL) along with Luen Thai Group has bought out fellow Singapore-headquartered containerline Mariana Express Lines for an undisclosed sum. PIL becomes Mariana’s majority shareholder following the deal concluded this month. The Mariana brand will continue.
