The 'Dolphin 75' was detained at the port of Qinzhou on Sep 27, 2025. The Tokyo MoU authorities issued the detention order due to safety concerns identified during an inspection. A total of nine deficiencies were found, three of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The bulk carrier had arrived on Sep 26 enroute from Nanjing and remained stationary as of Sep 29.
